APEX focuses on small to mid-sized pharma and medical device manufacturers in the Midwest. Quantum Performance Group- Quantum Performance Group- I have worked with Dr. Mark Blazey for 15 years, training Examiners and developing support materials. Mark is a leading expert in the application of the Criteria for Performance Excellence. Competitive Performance Inc. (CPS)- Mary Gamble is a Florida-based consultant with a history of successfully working with education and non-profit organizations and a variety of businesses. I worked with Mary on two assessment teams and saw the strategic insight that she offers. Illinois Performance Excellence- ILPEx, formerly known as the Lincoln Foundation, partners with Illinois leaders to build organizational knowledge and capability to achieve performance excellence and contribute to the economic vitality of their community and the State of Illinois. I was fortunate to serve as a Lead Senior Examiner for 11 years, leading a Site Visit team on a Gold-level application each year. I have served on the ILPEx Panel of Judges for the last 3 years.
